Party rooms are available 5-10 minutes prior to your event start time. All rooms are cleaned and sanitized between parties.

You may bring your own decorations for your party. You are welcome to drop off decorations prior to your event date or bring them the day of. You are responsible for decorating your own room.

Pinatas are allowed and must be pull string, no impact pinatas.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required and is based on the package that you choose. To receive a refund for your party, it must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to your event date. Inside of the 2 week window, you may reschedule or transfer your deposit to a Monkey Joe’s gift card that will be mailed to you.

Yes. You are required to bring your own cake or cupcakes.

No outside food or beverages allowed in the building with the exception of the birthday cake or cupcakes with a party reservation.
