Monitor children and promote safe playing:

Assist in daily cleaning of all areas of the center:


  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by an immediate supervisor, including working the concession stand and ordering pizza
  • Each jump has specific requirements of how many children can be on any one specific jump. Please view and become familiar with these restrictions and enforce them.
  • Monitor game room to ensure games are operating properly
  • Keep shoe bins neat and organized in designated area
  • Watch the door and do not let children out unless with their parent or guardian
  • Monitor that children have socks and wristbands on at all times



M-Th: 10am-8pm

Fr-Sat: 10am-8:30pm

Position: ManagementView Details  


This position is responsible for the efficient and effective day to day operational performance of the assigned Monkey Joe’s location(s).
Summary of essential job functions:
Open/Close Location
Control sales and inventory through approved point of sale management system
General knowledge in all facets of the businessManage groups, parties and walk-in play
Coordinate party schedule
Operate merchandise and concession area
Generate inventory reports and order supplies as approved by the Operational Manager
Ensure that location is organized, clean and presentable at all times
Responsible for overseeing the safety of all guest and resolving guest concerns
Ensure store is secure from internal and external theft, including securing all cash transactions
Oversee party plans, assignments, setup, customer satisfaction, etc.
Oversee Monkey Joe’s daily appearance policies and procedures
Manage and review daily, weekly, monthly, yearly sales goalsImplement sales campaigns, programs, initiatives as directed by TMA Play Director
Expected to be at location during busiest hoursProvide operational reports, information, problems, repairs needed, etc. to Operational Manager keeping him/her informed of all matters relating to the operations of the locationProvide Employee/Human Resource reports, information, problems, issues to TMA Play Director
Responsible for hiring and firing location employees with the approval TMA Play DirectorProvide employee training, manage work responsibilities and set schedules with TMA Play Director approvalEnsure all policies and procedures are being followedMinimum requirements:
General knowledge of retail store operations
Past experience in hospitality or education
Past experience as an assistant manager or manager in a related field preferred

Ability to multi-taskSense of urgency and ability to respond to a fast-paced environment

Efficient at problem resolutionAbility to direct and lead others

Strong customer service skills
