Family-Friendly Halloween Events in Pineville!

Posted on Oct 06, 2017

Halloween is almost here! At Monkey Joe’s Pineville this is one of our favorite times of year, and not just because we love candy. There are so many awesome things to do in the Pineville area to celebrate this season. Check it out!

The Carolina Renaissance Festival runs weekends through November 19th. All kids under 12 are admitted free on Halloween weekend, for trick-or-treating through the village, costume contests, live entertainment, a kid’s treasure hunt, and more.

On October 28th, Pineville Neighbor’s Place is holding the second annual Pineville Potato Drop, collecting food donations to feed the hungry in this area. Why not bring the kids down to give back to the community and then reward yourselves with some time playing in the Jungle?

If you want to get outside and enjoy this beautiful weather, why not consider visiting a pumpkin patch, trying your sense of direction in a corn maze, or going apple picking? Kids and families alike will love these outdoor activities, but make sure you dress appropriately at farms--skip the heels and strappy sandals.

And don’t forget the most important event: Monkey Joe’s Pineville will be hosting our very own Halloween party in the Jungle on October 27th! Not only that, but costumes are totally welcome! Just make sure there are no pins, sharp edges, or loose fabric that could injure anyone, and that all your little monkeys have socks for bouncing safely.
