4 Ways To Get Your Kids Eating Healthy

Getting our kids to eat healthy is a difficult task, but don't give up! If you do about it the right way, it's not impossible. It's important for kids to develop healthy eating habits they'll carry their whole life, so here's a few ways to get the habits going!
- Get good snacks. It's super easy to give them chips and crackers because it's easy, but take it to the next level. Give them fruit, nuts or air-popped popcorn as an alternative.
- Stay hydrated. It's essential kids be drinking at least 5 cups of water a day! To make it more fun, try adding colorful ice cubes or infuse it with fruit.
- Eat at the table. It's all too easy to create bad eating habits to sitting in front of the tv or on the couch. Encourage them to eat at the table!
- Make it fun. Kids love colors, patterns and shapes, so try to get creative with your recipes. Pinterest is always a great resource if you need help.
