Can we bring Food intoMonkey Joe's?
We are sorry we do not allow any outside food brought into Monkey Joe’s except for dietary reasons. Please contact your local store for any request you may have.
Do you offer group or discount rates ?
Yes we do. We offer a frequent user card that reduces the price by 40% off regular admission. You can purchase 10 visits for $50 for three and older. This is only available to walk-in customers and does not apply to groups. We also offer Group rates for camps, school groups and other large parties. Please contact your local store for more information.
Can we order food ahead for our kids or group?
Yes, you can call your local store ahead of time and order pizza and other types of food to be there when you arrive or when you want to have lunch.
Do we need Socks?
Yes. Don’t worry if you forgot them we will sell you a pair at our concession counters in your local store.
Can we book a party at the store location in person? Yes we have a reservationists at the store who can assist you in booking your party and ordering food, party bags or balloons.
Can we walk-in anytime?
Yes!

Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00PM
Check your local store for participation
Saturday 10:00AM to 6:00 PM
Sundays 11:00AM to 6:00PM
Parents or Babysitter must accompany children and supervise at all times
We are closed Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day
Socks are required for everyone jumping. No Party Room time allowed for walk-ins unless you have a reservation. |
