Party FAQ
Do you have private party rooms?
Yes we do. Every party has its own private party room.
How many guest can I invite?
Our Party rooms serve up to 24 kids plus a few, and adults to help serve cake & drinks. Other adults are welcome to wait or hang out in our Grown Ups Area where they can surf the Internet, watch sports or news, or just talk with other parents.
What if I have more than 24 total kids?
A total of 3 additional children can be added for a cost of $10 each. If a party exceeds 27 children, you may consider a larger package. We can expand the rooms to accommodate larger groups, but in order to maintain staff-to-child ratios (for safety sake) we need to be prepared.
Do we need a final headcount?
Yes,We will need a final head count 48 hours prior to the party, so we can make any necessary adjustments on the packages. Packages cannot be altered after 72 hours.
How about decorations?
Sure, but please make sure you can take home any decorations that you bring in. We often have other parties scheduled after yours. Silly string, confetti, and streamers delay the room being ready and an additional cleaning fee may be assessed for these types of decorations.
Do you have balloons?
Yes we do and you can purchase them in our concessioon area or let your party planner know at the time you make your reservation.
Do you have Ice Cream?Yes, we have Ice Cream. Place your order when making your reservation.
Birthday Food Policy:
Can I bring in my own food?
You can always bring your own cake, but other outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Who serves the food?
We do. When do I put my food order in?
We need a final head count 72 hours prior to your party in order to make sure we have it there on time. If you need to make adjustments after the final count, just be aware that the timing of delivery might be a little off.
DEPOSITS & RESERVATIONS
We must have a valid credit card in the host’s name on file. A 50% Deposit is required to place your reservation.
Deposits are refundable up to 30 days before your party. You are always welcome to reschedule 1 week prior to your party, provided that we have the date & time available. We will need a final head count 48 hours prior to the party, so we can make any necessary adjustments on the packages.
